Answer main phone line calls and route callers to appropriate party
Greet and assist visitors/customers to the office
Track due dates for RFQs
Set-up quotes and put together quote packages for companies, utilizing quote checklist
Log out the quotes that are closed
Draft letters, memos, and reports for Administration
Maintain databases, spreadsheets, letters/memos and presentations
Schedule appointments and meetings
Assist varied administrative tasks
Receive, sort and distribute mail
Perform other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit and Harlow Aerostructures LLC
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written, in order to communicate with others inside and outside of the organization for the purpose of giving and obtaining information
Intermediate computer competency and the ability to effectively use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Ability to comply with instructions, procedures, standards, and policies that are obtained within the organization using professional discretion
Excellent time management skills, good judgment, problem solving, and analytical abilities in order to effectively meet deadlines
Displays a significant degree of professionalism and confidentiality
Knowledge of company's mission, purpose, goals and the role of every employee in achieving each of them
Provide excellent customer service to external and internal customers
Education and Experience Required:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Associate's Degree, preferred
